    my damn biceps n triss

    hey everybody,
    I am 18. New to the work out and strength training program. I am in college and all my classmates are quite muscular except one n yeah thats me. Since i started working out i have a really balanced and good diet dont bother asking about it but its quite good recommended by the coach. but the thing is, my biceps i dont have cuts on them. I am not very muscular too. I am not fat all my damn waist is 31 but my biceps just dont have the cuts like my pals, maybe its the genes but if its genes then how come my bro got a very athletic body. Just doesnt seem to enter my head. I workout twice a week, chest, triceps n abs on monday and biceps, forarms, back and abs on thursday. Doesnt focus on legs a lot cos dont wanna be a pro. I know i might be immature asking it but its becoming a headache for me cos i have been working out for 2 or maybe 3 months now yeah i have had good muscle growth but where are the cuts on my arms (veins aint visible too). We all know biceps without cuts are pathetic. cuts iare the real beauty pls help me. Wanna look muscular and biceps with cuts. i have got great cuts and muscle on my back and abs but God knows why biceps are kinda bulky and lack the cuts!!!!

    Leg Training contributes to overall body growth. You should at least do a few sets of squats once a week.



    And if you want more definition on your arms, lose some body fat.

    listen to SP's advice, I'd post that diet anyways, coaches aren't perfect

    Post the diet!

    How does the coach know what you need? if you want to be big you have to grow everywhere and that takes lots of quality nutrition (and some not so quality )

    Not training legs because you dont want to be a pro is unacceptable, so when you get your big upper body your going to don your shorts with chicken legs???

    lets have some more detail too.

    Ever seen someone with massive bulky lean legs & a small upper body?
    To get good at most things takes 2-4 years i.e BodyBuilding, Martial Arts, Musical Instrements ect.
    To Master it, takes a life time - Buff Stuff

    If you want cuts man. Try doing hammer curls and see how that works for you.

    Reverse that question and yes I have seen many people with massive upper bodies and tiny legs.

    But massive legs and tiny upper, now I havent seen that.

    damn thanks for the replies everybody. man i m shocked to hear and read about the tiny legs part yeh its scary. Dont wanna end up with a good upper body and tiny legs so i will include squats to my workout. gonna give hammer curls a shot too lets see how they work. cant figure out what SP's diet is can somebody put a direct link to it plsss?? keep replying guys tnx

    Cut, shmut. Work hard, eat, rest. Throw on the size. You're 18 and at the peak for growth. Take advantage of it and let 'em grow. JMO

    SHMUT = Strength and Heart Muscle Training.

    It basically is a variety of resistance exercises which increase the fitness level of your heart but also burn alot fat at the same time.

    Examples include 30% 1rm 25 rep 10 sets of any free-weight or resistance exercise.
