Hey guys!! I have a quick question regarding a High Protein High Fat Low carb diet!! I've already tried one in the past and it worked fine but the thing is lately i've been reading about the direct coralation between Vascularity and the amount of carbs one takes in!! I wonder if theres any validity in that statement because i drink 6 litres of water a day and keep my sodium low but i don't want anything to prohibit my vascularity!! I'd also like to know if theres any way to slow down the wieght loss process on such a diet and to also keep some fullness in my muscles rather than the flat look!! Any help or comments would be appreciated!!
