The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Hey guys!! I have a quick question regarding a High Protein High Fat Low carb diet!! I've already tried one in the past and it worked fine but the thing is lately i've been reading about the direct coralation between Vascularity and the amount of carbs one takes in!! I wonder if theres any validity in that statement because i drink 6 litres of water a day and keep my sodium low but i don't want anything to prohibit my vascularity!! I'd also like to know if theres any way to slow down the wieght loss process on such a diet and to also keep some fullness in my muscles rather than the flat look!! Any help or comments would be appreciated!!

If you follow a low carb diet your vascularity will decrease a lot. That's why all the low carb diets have carb-ups(and to replenish the glycogen stores of course..)

Low carb diets may work, but I think they are not the best. I recommend a diet that is high in complex carbs, fiber, and moderate in protein and fat intake. This will make you healthy, wealthy, and wise or something like that. Really, it is the best way to go.
