    Chest question

This will be asked quite horribly as I don't know proper names for muscles, but here goes anyway.

Is there a specific exercise you can do to build the muscle in the upper middle part of your chest (where each pec meets) or does this just gradually gain as the rest of your chest does?

There is no "rest of your chest", your chest is all 1 muscle. The answer to your question is no.
