The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

... ...You all are my peeps and don't forget it...

I simply strap on the belt with some weights for dips (no machine just yet, but the gym does have one).

    Nice work, bro!

Have you thought of moving dips to the beginning of your workout? I think you may find you're even stronger if you're fresh. They're more of a compound movement than the laterals and whatnot.

Of course, who am I to argue with your progress?

Cocoa: Strength is coming along great. Love seeing the 45's on dips. That is a big hurdle, looks cool as hell when you're doing it too. I'm sure a second 45 won't be far off...u hit 315 on squats yet?

Do you seem to progress better with lower reps? I'm asking that because I noticed you do low reps on most exercises. (not that I think anything is wrong with that since I usually do low reps on deadlifts)

    ..Thanks Bros!

I'm trying to be sure to warmup before everything, particularly squats - I know I hurt myself some last time I did them because I had not warmed up like I should... ...today was fine.

Yo cocoa. The weights are really coming along! I just checked the first workout you posted in your journal and you've really increased the weights a ton in the past 2 months. Congrats man and keep up the hard work.
