awesome rows, bench, and hacksquats CoCoa. How do you like those plyometrics? Do you do hacksquats on a machine or with free weights?

Glad my peeps dropped by - such fine individuals (for real)!!...I'll have better bb rowing numbers soon enough...the plyometrics are painful, lol...gonna max out on the hs decline in a week or two -

    October 31, 2004 - SUNDAY

    bike/stairs/treadmill/bike - 20 minute intervals (am)
    elliptical/treadmill/stairs/elliptical - 20 minute intervals (pm)
    stairs/bike/treadmill/stairs - 20 minute intervals (pm)

Got a little crazy and chaotic with these cardio efforts but felt extremely tight all over afterwards (not going to make a habit of it)...watched some NFL while doing the pm sessions.

    November 1, 2004 - MONDAY

    SHOULDERS

    DB SHOUDLER PRESS
    55 X 6, 65 X 8, 70 X 6

    BB SHRUGS
    345 X 6, 425 X 6, 475 X 7

    supersets:
    DB PRESS (ARNOLD)
    35 X 8, 45 X 8
    LATERAL RAISES
    20 X 8, 25 X 8

    supersets:
    FRONT RAISES
    45 x 12, 35 x 12, 25 x 12
    45 x 25, 35 x 12, 25 x 10

    REVERSE FLYS
    110 x 8, 130 x 8, 150 x 8

I do such heavy flat bench and chest work that my front delts may be fatigued by the time I get to doing the shoulder workouts, especially for the presses - nonetheless I think the sessions are staying on track nicely...somewhere down the line I may change up the program and do a push/pull/legs type thing (only time will tell)...

    lol Wik.

That is a regular Cocoa volume. I kinda wonder what an inhuman volume is (for CoCoa) anyway.
