    Damn it man I missed ALL the excitement! I'm going to say something that might sound a bit out of character but I'll go with it anyway. I've been around long enough to see some things that if I had not seen them with my own eyes I would have not thought possible. I don't really care what weight you're lifting man,I do know you're a genuine enough person to take the time every damn day to go into a bunch of journals and hand out props to those journals. I don't give a damn how much weight you lift dude you've been supportive to a sh*t load of other journals here and for that alone I think you're one cool dude. OH and by the way.....awesome hack squats!

    ...wasn't even gonna do the 365 flat bench this week since I was too tired but did it anyways after being challenged by dude at the gym, lol - but pulled off 1 rep which was slow as molasses and with a couple of bros yellin at me but its all good as they say...this completes the first week of the new push/pull/leg split and it is ok, I guess.
