    great w/o bro.. and way to step it up on a challenge somtime you gotta put people in thier place.. and i do the push/pull/leg split too it works pretty good but hard to get max effort out of chest and shoulders..

    great workout... im with the others great work on the "bent" over laterals... i cant even use that weight standing up and using improper form. haha

    ...about a half dozen folks gathered around to watch the hacks, somebody mentioned all them plates - ...was extremely happy and pleased to be able to pull off 7 plates per side -
