    DB LATERAL RAISES

    CLOSE GRIP TRICEP MACHINE/REVERSE GRIP CABLE PUSHDOWNS
    70 X 12, 45 x 8
    90 X 12, 55 x 8
    110 x 12, 60 X 6

    The 315 incline is a personal best and was very challenging...I was determined to pull this off.
