    nice leg day man...I usually don't get my leg day done this early in the day. I always put it off as far as i can cause it hurts so bad
    The squats are really coming along man!

    BTW...thanks for stoppin in at the journal. It's always nice to see it not be on page 4 or 5.

    Congrats on the compliments dude......enjoy them cause yeah it's a rare thing....I know what you mean....it's just one of those things I guess....you're truly unable to appreciate the sheer hard work it takes to transform a person into someone who looks like they workout...I blame it on all the magazines and the INFOmmercials.....they have everyone convinced you workout for 6 weeks and BAM you're HUGE.....YEAH if ONLY it were so f***ing easy!! Nice work CoCoa...damn you're tossing the big weights around!

    C'MON dude give me a break you're throwing 80's up on the incline that is KILLER! a lunch time work out .....hanging in there and progressing quite nicely I might add.......and hell lunch time workout isn't so bad.....you have the rest of the day to eat!
