    Does 12 reps work better for you than say 6-8 for those cable pushdowns? I usually do 6-8 but I'm wondering if I need more for that exercise.

    ...I actually like low reps better with real heavy weights but I was pumping it up with those high reps, lol...the 2 sessions in the one day was a little insane and off the wall, but it was the least I could do being trapped on that side of town most of the day with the snow storm...I'm eating more at a sitting than I did before but no details or stats, as I am not keeping track like I should...You all are such tremendous supporters!!

    At the very end of this workout, there was what turned out to be a competition on the db curls...seems like everybody talks so much stuff and decided to jump in and see who could do the most - I was second place, dude did 10 reps with 70's (the corn fed bastard - ).
