    Nice call on the cocktail, CoCoa, fitting the mood. I am trying to get over a recently aquired taste aversion to vodka...

    Nice back strength!

    Here's a question for you: How are you progressing shape-wise? You're training even lower reps than I do, and getting quite strong. Are you interested at all in hypertrophy? And if so, are you noticing some? I know that I tend to respond very well to low reps for growth, so I can grow in low ranges. My old lifting partner, on the other hand, didn't grow until he was in the 10-rep range. He'd get very strong from lower reps, but his mass gains would stagnate.
