    Nice benching, too, bro. Weren't you not long ago wishing you could hit 225 once? I've loved watching both you and Ericg (if his ass would ever show up more than once a month) say that you'd love to hit that weight "eventually", then blast right through it!

    Cocoa: your lifts are ridiculous. If I add right, you have a 50 lb gain in squats and 30 lb. gain in bench over the last month. Damn impressive. Congrats on the 315 squatin.

    To be perfectly honest about it, I am more suprised than anyone...The workouts are becoming very difficult but I somehow make it through them -

    BLECH!!! me and old Jack we just don't get along the way we used to.....when I was a kid I could literally drink that stuff straight outta the bottle with a can of Coke as a chaser......now? It kicks my ass....and the scent makes me cringe....so I'll pass on this one dude.

    Thats a good example of what my buddies always make each other take on birthdays. Either something like a 3 wiseman, a double of ole grand dad, or something as nasty. No fruity birthday shots for us. You have an all time fav. shot? Mines a surfer on acid. I'm addicted to Jager.

    Hey fellas, I had a workout this afternoon and it was ok - nothing special at all but at least I did something...

    My workouts have begun to suffer a little since I have been unable to get in the gym like I want. And although it is good to get a couple of lunch hour workouts in, they are not the same.

    I am going to take a day off from work and everything tomorrow (much needed too, this weekend is mine) - I've done good but I can do better and I plan to really get to it soon enough...

    Lookin' strong, bro. A rest is a good thing, especially before you really need it. I pushed myself way too long, and it ended up taking/is taking a whole lot more rest than I'd hoped.
