    Via efforts made in the gym, I have disrupted my self-image causing it to evolve - the body is taking shape...I am taking on the real bodybuilders look and feel more confident - this reflects in my demeanor obviously because of some of the reactions I am getting.

    I said that to say that I am pleased on one hand but a little confused on the other as I am in a state of flux and chaos...I liked the old me but I am moving away from the fitness/bb type to the BB type body...

    Wow, i'm a bit surprised you could still get some good numbers up doing squats and bench in the same day. why did you decide to do that?

    hey cocoa, nice session.....Good to hear you getting the look you want and the numbers are reflecting your dedication to the game!

    seems your at a point where you have dialed into how to get the most out of your workouts. Dont let your state of flux get you into thinking you need to change anything too drastic, if it aint broke dont fix it bro' - enjoy the changes and stay in the groove.

    Some nice strength you got there.

    What made you combine legs & chest? Just curious because it seemed you were progressing nicely with separate chest & leg days. Impressive numbers nevertheless.

    As weird as a chest/leg workout seems, it worked pretty well when I've tried it. Is that a one time thing Cocoa or a new split you're tryin'?
