I throw in the calf work whenever I can but need to do the same for those abs as well, lol...I will get it together with them deads too, meanwhile I am doing fine -

Thankx 4 those of you who support me and visit here with kind words. I also take this precious time to say I am also grateful to those that don't step foot in here because the Chocolate Bar is not for everyone. By the same token there are certain journals I don't even view nowadays... having friends or even acquaintances in life are like a process of elimination and I've been here long enough to know who my friends are, at least for the most part.

Glad to see the numbers climbing.
Out of the night that covers me,Black as the Pit from pole to pole,I thank whatever gods may be for my unconquerable soul. In The fell clutch of circumstance I have not winced nor cried aloud. Under the bludgeonings of chance my head is bloody, but unbowed. Beyond this place of wrath and tears looms but the horror of the shade And yet the menace of the years finds, and shall find, me unafraid. It matters not how strait the gate how charged with punishments the scroll,I am the master of my fate: I am the captain of my soul.
