    Heh I'd be drained of energy too! Moving alot of weight man for 2 days in a row! I'd be exhausted, actually I'd be dead, the bar would crush me lol.

    The worst part about the super heavy squats is not just getting used to the bar on you that way, but racking it before and especially afterwards - it about killed me.

    Great workouts there cocoa, but I have a question - how long does it take you to complete that chest/tri/delt workout? How long do you rest between sets? Are all of the sets you have listed done to failure?
