    Great work Coke.

Have you ever thought about competing in powerlifting?? At your weight in a tested comp you would probably do very well!

Nice cable crossovers man. That number might get lost among the other stuff, but I'd probably be able to do 40 with good form.

    SpecialK - Wikked1 - Stackattack - KevinStarke - RBB - Drew - NickHatfield - Dedicated - Phil - MM - Patrick

For the sake of variation I decided to step up to the plate with more volume on the push work which took about 1.5 hours...I did talk here and there, but despite these interactions the sets were done to failure for the most part and with short intervals.

There is a guy at my gym who has a great physique, he does continuous sets of a movement with about a minute rest. I've heard a few boys there say 'I want to look like that' or something to that effect. So obviously this works real well for him but its not my style to pay attention to the clock between sets. Neither is it my style to do singles like powerlifters, but I give respect where it is due. I appreciate getting props but I cannot help but to return them because we be working hard for ours -

Wow, amazing work with the rows and squats. Keep it up Coke!
"It is often said, mainly by the "no-contests", that although there is no positive evidence for the existence of God, nor is there evidence against his existence. So it is best to keep an open mind and be agnostic. At first sight that seems an unassailable position, at least in the weak sense of Pascal's wager. But on second thought it seems a cop-out, because the same could be said of Father Christmas and tooth fairies. There may be fairies at the bottom of the garden. There is no evidence for it, but you can't prove that there aren't any, so shouldn't we be agnostic with respect to fairies?"

    Richard Dawkins

"Out of all of the sects in the world, we notice an uncanny coincidence: the overwhelming majority just happen to choose the one that their parents belong to. Not the sect that has the best evidence in its favour, the best miracles, the best moral code, the best cathedral, the best stained glass, the best music: when it comes to choosing from the smorgasbord of available religions, their potential virtues seem to count for nothing, compared to the matter of heredity. This is an unmistakable fact; nobody could seriously deny it. Yet people with full knowledge of the arbitrary nature of this heredity, somehow manage to go on believing in their religion, often with such fanaticism that they are prepared to murder people who follow a different one."

It is extremely nice of you all to give of such enormous and continuous props on my work - ...presently I cannot even conceive of doing too much more on the squats and bb shrugs - I've managed to do over 500lbs on both movements. I do enjoy being able to keep moving on with both the bb rows and hs preacher curls but I'm getting near my limits on those as well.
