The rotary chest movement is one which you make adjustments due to your arm length...and if you ask me, it would be awesome but it is a machine.

Would it be safe to say that your chest strength out strips your back strength? I would expect you to be rowing more based on your bench...
You're only traing the bar muscles. Noone sees your back, right? Why work it as hard as the chest.

I don't really have a perspective on the DB Rows since I've never done them, but those pulldowns look awfully good. I was just curious. How much are you weighing?

Nice dips there. I think I'm going to strap 100 lbs. to me next time I hit the old tri's.
And don't worry bout the rowing bro. As long as your doing them with good form and all you shouldn't worry. I think most people misconceive back strength when they look at a person's rows. Sure I could probably row 200 lbs for a few reps on the cable machine, but my form would just suck. If I lower the weight and use perfect form, I could only get about 110 for like 8-10 reps. Keep up the hard work. The pulldowns are looking good.
