    A few days off never hurt anybodies physique, but a few off meals and then your in trouble. Looks like a good shoulder and back session. But why two variations of shoulder press and no isolation exercises e.g. Lateral raises? Also what are your current training goals as I notice you are using very low rep ranges in your training?

    I agree missed meals wreak havoc and thats why I am in a weaker state as of late...dude, the laterals were the one thing I could afford to skip -
