    It is a workout in itself to load/unload all the plates even with help, lol - bout to make me act a fool up in there -
    I've always felt that to wrap my knees would hamper both my leg presses and squats in some way...later on I may just very well lower the weights just a touch and do mega reps all over the place before I risk injury, so far so good though...my leg presses are a nice surprise after having put those in the mix again as of late, my alternate db curls are challenging to just hold on, lol. It is sure nice to have friends to lean on and vice versa - Thankx 2 all!!

    The supersets were crazy but will hopefully serve me well…one day I may add some drops sets too. My diet is a work in progress and is evolving slowly to the way I think it should be. I plan on going on a new program this spring and should have everything in order by that time. Thankx once again for all of the replies and kind words.

    I've been feeling different lately and this workout reflects that fact, the arm work was a mixed bag with plenty of reps. Everyone is great for stopping through here from time to time, I'll always appreciate the goodwill towards me!!

    How do you feel doing an arm workout like that? Ive never done that much volume in a armworkout. I would imagine the pump is insane.

    BIG reps,I have to agree I always end up with such a painful pump it feels like further reps are pointless. BUT as always this is good for a change of pace!
