    nice strength, but I have a question.

    Why don't you move the weights around and do less/more reps? 5 sets of 235x5 is great, but you prolly could of moved the weight up and did 5 reps with like 255 or something. Which set are you using max effort on? What are your goals with this method?

    ...went into the gym first thing this morning and lacked my normal drive so handled it accordingly, this accounts for lighter weight - ...funny thing is with all I did today my chest blew up and the boys were coming to bs but don't worry, my head was not swole-

    Just realized I haven't posted in here yet - CoCoa - you're lifts are amazing. To ask questions you probably answered somewhere in this journal: How much do you weigh? Body fat %?Height? Bench/Squat/Deadlift max?

    edit: Nope, I went through this entire journal and didn't see an updated weight past "My guess is around 155 lbs but I really have not weighed myself in some time. I feel better and I'm finally starting to see results." which is on the first page.
