Good to see you guys. I'm gonna have to wait and see what happens as far as any split goes, but at this point I just better get in there and do something. Nothing from nothing will leave nothing...

Nice back day - great job with the deads!! What kind of T-Bar row do you do? Is it a machine or is it with a BB tucked in a corner?? What kind of grip on the bar or machine do you use?

EricG - Wikked1 - Thanks to both of you!
I used a regular grip just outside of shoulder width on the T-bar rowing machine (the chest supported variety).

Agreed! Yeah dips are awesome ! You got a nice routine going CoCoa....keep it up! Dips might be a little too much at the moment but the sooner you can get after them the more your tris will thank you....you can always do some bench dips with your heels on the floor to get a good feel for this exercise....just my two cents.

Hey Guys, Thanks...I will have to add in those dips soon.

I thought yesterday was beautiful, it is hard to describe but it was probably the closest I've ever been to "nirvana"

Looks like you had a great workout. I too would also like to recommend dips but then again I am a little bias towards them.

Not that my opinion counts for much, but I love doing bench dips w/ my heels on an opposing bench and a 45lb DB in my lap. I find them positively addicting .
