    525 is incredible. i'd kill for 5 plates and some change on each side. sucks about your back dude, but great decision to take it easy. lower back is definitely a sucky thing to injure! get well fast bro.

    Nice squatting coke. Back injuries suck. Hopefully yours isn't too serious. Don't go too heavy on it, or you may end up having to take even more time off in the end. I found that out the hard way
