Aka23 - I missed my chest workout last Tuesday and so did it the following day with back. Presently I am in transition and don't have a concrete plan just the desire to train more and get stronger. Meanwhile it is probably best to take it one day at a time and also avoid overtraining.

Cphafner - I'm not holding back on any set, but I have more control of the situation by moving the weights up slow and surely.

When you have a training partner situation like you guys have that is sheer luck. One day I may switch up and do the higher repetitions for variety plus that is how to get the look...

Sorry if I've asked before, but how much do you weigh? Good job on bench.

McBain - Thanks a mil man, I am glad you put it that way

Pruneman - The workouts are decent, thanks. Dude, i'm using the wide grips on the pulldowns.

iLUDed - lol, my appetite has stepped up a bit since I am in the gym more

ElPietro - My guess is around 155 lbs but I really have not weighed myself in some time. I feel better and I'm finally starting to see results.

clvMike19 - We gotta eat, don't we man? Thanks.

DB Militaries are incredbily hard to get up for the first rep... I know that when I have a spotter for my first rep, I can usually push out 2 more reps that set, easily. No worries, keep at it... you're getting stronger!!

There is some soreness but not as much as you'd think, and it is actually kind of good to feel this way. Maybe I will do the same next session
