    Strong pressing as always coke, BB inclines always felt a little awkward for me, so to see that weight is very impressive.

    Coke, everything has been going good lately hasn't it? Your lifting is looking solid, I remember a few months back you weren't sounding 100%, I assume everything is running smoothly.

    Im liking those supersets coke, rack pulls + shrugs that heavy is some serious effort. Glad to see you mixing it up like that, and thinking outside the box like you said.

    As for the unemployment well we are in the same boat, my money is very limited, and I just applied for my first extension as mine just run out. Times are hard but hang in there the gym is one of greatest things we do for ourselves and its the thing I look forward to the most every week. Hopefully you find work soon coke.
