I don't know which of your movements (push/pull/squat) is the most impressive, but there's definitely something about your Back work that is always really signature-badass.

Ahh, no AC? That's rough. The gym I go to doesn't either. Sometimes I love it because you work up a great sweat, the muscles warm up fast, but man it can be difficult. Excellent workout as always even if it was on an empty stomach.

Your pull ups have gone up by leaps and bounds as of late Terry, solid session all around.

I feel you on the gym temperature issue, my gym is all over the place and rarely ever gets it right...

I'm lucky to have you all stop in from time to time and say a word or two - the colossal support rocks!!

    May 29, 2010 - SATURDAY

    LEGS

    SQUATS
    165 x 6, 225 x 6, 285 x 5, 345 x 5
    405 x 5, 465 x 3, 515 x 3

    STIFF LEG DEADS
    185 x 6, 255 x 6, 335 x 3, 365 x 2

    SQUATS
    315 x 8, 365 x 8

    SEATED CALF RAISES
    210 x 10, 210 x 10, 210 x 10

I struggled with the 365 stiffies but that's what I get for skipping over the movement way too many times along the way, they do feel good though.

Awesome work Coke! That is some great squatting and even though you aren't too happy with it, that is still some strong stiff legged deadlifts.
