Great work Coke! I'm glad to hear that you are back in the workforce. I saw inception too, and as you said, it did not disappoint.

You should be a motivational speaker, my man.
This is the true joy in life, the being used for a purpose recognized by yourself as a mighty one; the being thoroughly worn out before you are thrown on the scrap heap; the being a force of Nature instead of a feverish selfish little clod of ailments and grievances complaining that the world will not devote itself to making you happy - George Bernard Shaw

John said it perfectly, going back to work and what ever else you have going on will throw you a little bit, you will be back to where you were in no time coke.
Success is achieved by doing a little more than you thought you could, and a lot more than anyone else.

    Awesome lifting man!!!

Good to hear that you're happy at the new job too. I agree with your views on athletic endevors too. I do think it's a very good thing to keep in shape one way or another, whether it involves sports or lifting or whatever......much better then sitting around watching TV all the time IMO!

Nice workouts, Coke! Good to see you back at it.

Good luck with your new job. I know it is disappointing to take a step back on your salary, but you will get back to that level and beyond some day, especially once they see your work ethic. It sucks to have to prove yourself over again, but hang in there.

What's been happening to me lately is inevitable, especially since I always lift real heavy, so now a deloading is in order for the moment. The level of support we all share here is great!!

    July 24, 2010 - SATURDAY

    BACK/TRAPS & BICEPS

    BB ROWS
    225 x 8, 295 x 8, 365 x 8, 365 x 6

    BB SHRUGS
    405 x 8, 455 x 8, 475 x 7, 475 x 8

    HS PREACHER CURLS
    125 x 6, 125 x 6, 125 x 6

In the past I'd thrive during hot summers but this year seems to be going a little overboard, a few guys at my gym tell me they have been skipping several sessions as a result.

Deload?....your a beast. I can't stand training in high temperatures, in summer i'm usually ready for a sit down just from walking to the gym.
