    I also have been struggling to get through my sessions this summer. The heat definately takes a toll on you!

    I've been playing with that Power Squat more at the gym that I'm at now. It's pretty sweet, even if it's not the same as yours. I've tried some hybrid of Good Mornings and SLDL's and it was quite killer.
