Glad to see you still getting in there and getting done. Weights are starting to climb back up in numbers too.

Holding on strong Coke. Still churning out the superior sessions.

I like the style in which you workout with. I've enjoyed the ramping-weight style myself. I haven't done it a great deal, but it really gets you more prepared for the bigger sets.

I'm looking forward to where things lie come Christmas-- I assume you will be breaking some new grounds by then!

Being supported this way never gets old, Thankx fellas.

Information technology is similar to the medical field in that it is 24/7, and at my new job we have several actual shifts I must go through before I get set into one specific shift. They rotate shifts every few months, which isn't so bad but I am new and before I get put into rotation, I have to get a complete overview for all those shifts...so my schedule gets a little too inconsistent for my tastes plus I have been on call a few times. Nevertheless, I am a happy camper and glad to be back to work.

On top of that, some family has been in town for a couple of weeks, we just had a nice BBQ for my b'day this past weekend, food was excellent too. This fall/winter will be off the chain so to speak if all goes as planned, I hope to bring my A-game to the gym again once everything settles down, make no mistake.

Most people don't like not being in the driver's seat, I am no different, but life is what it is, we can't control everything that takes place. All we can do is hope for the best, especially when facing challenges...and let us not forget that the character building moments lead to growth.

Solid leg work, Coke. I hear you on the challenges of IT. I am glad I haven't had to be on call since 2003. Good to see you training in spite of a crazy work schedule.
