Strong as always. Working different shifts does take its toll on the body, but once you get used to it you will be fine.

    Strong squats Coke.

Very motivational words. You are poet man. I am telling you.
This is the true joy in life, the being used for a purpose recognized by yourself as a mighty one; the being thoroughly worn out before you are thrown on the scrap heap; the being a force of Nature instead of a feverish selfish little clod of ailments and grievances complaining that the world will not devote itself to making you happy - George Bernard Shaw

    Happy late birthday Terry!!

Squats looked great, good to see you getting in there and getting it down with the crazy work times.

I think I post for a lot of us when I tell you we appreciate you checking in on our training and spreading some of that positive energy. I thought it might be time to reciprocate when lifting has to take a back seat for you. Keep that fire burning Coke!

No need to worry Terry, you are still killing it! And in the long run, I'm sure your body will appreciate these light(er) workouts. Just keep lifting and working hard and eventually you'll get back to the crazy numbers we are used to seeing from you.

Nice work, Coke! The short rest periods should make up for the poundage. Improved conditioning will payoff.
