The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Its no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Nice pressing and pulling sessions coke. Rows and shrugs are starting to get back up there in weight, good stuff.

Crazy ****ing back strength as usual big guy.

Staying on track is the main thing too.

Efforts were a bit sketchy lately, been doing what I can while I can and will continue to make the most of it until the latter part of October when things should become more manageable.

I do prefer not to skip sessions, or meals for that matter, who wants to lose hard earned muscle and strength built steadily over a generous stretch of time?...even my powerlifting belt buckle dropped a notch.

I have been looking muscular but noticeably sleek though as a result I might add, none of what we all do here is for nought, make no mistake. At least my physique is appearing more streamlined these days.

Terry, the numbers aren't where you want them to be, but you are still getting in some awesome work, despite the conditions. Just keep toughing it out man.

Even though your not lifting near your max, sessions are still very very strong coke. Goof to hear you slimmed down a little even if u did not want to.

Come on Coke, 385x2 I've seen better from you! If I recall you're sort of ramping your workouts and you should be in full swing to break new ground this winter right? I recall reading something like that a few pages back.

Lifting weights is what we all have in common, but whether you go light or heavy, just the whole process alone is a good deal and none of it should be taken for granted, and that includes the food and what not. The meals or diet alone is a bigger part of the picture than most people realize, myself included.

And by the same token, I don't take too much for granted and that includes not only family, but also friends I have been fortunate to meet along the way here online and otherwise.
