I like the heavier back workout, but the pressing workout gave you enough volume to make sure something was done.

Lookin strong as ever, Terry. Solid double on the last set of squats, mate!

Diet has been subpar because of too much snacking, which I seldom do but I am guilty of from time to time, lol...problem is, it interferes with eating like I want.

I'd much prefer to eat specific foods at certain intervals throughout the day. This is when you can step your game up and have a sense of control, and make gains while doing so.

Some excellent pressing here Terry. It's hard to do lateral raises with heavy weight so 50s are great!

Truth about the eating thing. I just started the new job and it does not give me as much freedom to eat whenever I want like my old job. I am gonna have to get creative for a while I think.

Nice job on the pressing sets coke!

Nice job on the training. Having all your foods layed out for the day really makes a difference. As long as i know i have a meal in another 1-2 hours i dont have any problems.

I love to snack! I'm a very guilty of over snacking when I'm not watching my diet. I even snack when dieting

Your pressing numbers were huge for that workout.

Training back and legs together does take its toll if doing this type of routine for too long. What I like most about it though is by the time I get to squats, for example, the back region is already warmed up. Having plenty of blood flow in the traps beforehand for squats, does make it a little easier to deal with too. Past few months I've been rotating the plan with the push-pull-legs, which is one of my favorites.

    April 8, 2011 - FRIDAY

    BACK/TRAPS & BICEPS

    BB ROWS
    345 x 4, 385 x 4, 425 x 3

    BB SHRUGS
    435 x 5, 525 x 5, 615 x 2

    ONE ARM CABLE CURLS
    60 x 8, 80 x 8, 90 x 5

This is getting by with the bare minimum, I won't even bother going if it is less than 9 sets overall.
