    9 sets is plenty when your rowing 425 for a triple and then shrugs with 615 for a double!!!

    The weights you use for your lifts is incredible! Frankly, I'm suprised that you were even able to get 9 sets in!

    Great leg day, you make those squat warm ups count for something, for sure. How're your calves looking these days? All that work must have them blowing up pretty good.

    Your calves must have been feeling that workout! Calf raises and then some leg curls, my calves would be cramped up!

    I love the donkey calf raises, one of the best exercises for those bad boys.
