    The guys that get stared at while performing their top sets . Jesus christ man, I cant even imagine unracking 275 on the shoulder press.

    Time with training partner has gotten less frequent lately, caught up with him when during the shoulder presses, so really went all out. Those are the times you can use someone who is reliable to spot. My benching would really take off if we could hook up more often, it gets tough because of our schedules.

    Rack deads sound lovely right now, and your sets looked solid!

    Heavy Rows, but those shrugs aren't your normal gigantic #'s. It's always time for a break from time to time on some of the big movements.
