    Solid work Coke. I almost didn't see the bb squats and I was thinking to myself that would be the first time I have seen a leg day of yours without squats, but you snuck it in at the bottom.

    Nice efforts!! To do those Squats in the superset after already having hammered the legs is darn impressive to say the least
