    Nice work! It's been a little while, but I like the change up in here...I see you're doing some full body stuff now too, which is always a good workout. Man, those weighted pullups are insane...you've got a hell of a back there. Have you posted any back pics recently? In a totally non-homo way, I'd like to see that shit!

    Huge whole body session Coke! I love sessions like that myself, always leave me feeling like I did work. The most recent back workout is mindblowing man, pullups with over a 100 pounds is crazy, same goes for the rows and shrugs. This journal remains an inspiration to me.

    Liking the words of wisdom too haha
