    The pullups with the 140 was really more about ego gratification, it is indeed an all time PR in which I am well pleased - makes no sense to go past it though.

    Feelin' this whole movement, it even involves the bone structure, so being wise enough as to not ask for injury by going beyond the 140 mark.

    Along with the pullups, I am digging the db tricep extensions - both movements are becoming more primary than in the past.

    Solid leg work donkey calves are my favorite calve exercise. What grip are you using for pullups and do you switch grips or always stay the same?

    Pull-ups are crazy strong as usual Coke, I keep telling myself one day I'll do that ! Huge squats too man, impressive sessions all around.

    I also agree it's a great community here, always supportive and motivational.
