    Power power squats - I take that means they are wide stance squats - are crazy. I am happy with aboutt half that weight! Nice lifting.

    CABLE CROSSOVERS
    110 x 8, 120 x 8, 130 x 6

    One of the better days in the gym where the atmosphere was concerned on all levels, including the temperature.

    An impressive session start to finish but 60lb lateral raises have really blown me away.
