    Thankx everyone!! Taking some time away from the gym...did go in one day last week very light but undisplayed in here, the first in all the 8 years of not posting an actual workout in my illustrious log. Every session that ever took place this whole span of time had been posted with this one exception.

    I seemingly tend to lose ground the middle of August just before my birthday, it's consistently been this way the past few years almost like what many lifters go through around the xmas-new year season, lol. Really need to get back to it but there's too much going on right now, the good, bad, and the ugly - all of it...more than likely to resume things next week.

    When i think about the Chocolate Bar journal, WBB and all my fine friends from here, I am reminded of the phrase, "these are the ties that bind". There is a universal code among all those who walk into a room of weights and move 'em about, here is where we set our differences aside.
