I needed a coffee break while reading your log! That's a lot of work and I'm sure it is paying off.

Did I just see some DB concentration curls in that workout? Haven't done those bad boys in ages. Love the peak contraction on 'em. Cable curls can't beat em.

Weight has steadily been dropping as a result of extra expenditure of energies in and out of the gym, all semi purposely done more on an experimental basis than anything...been dropping some cals too.

Weighed in by request at 197, will try to stay around this mark before slowly adding more pounds again. Doing well in the overall scheme of things.

There have always been some good journals here that get few if any replies, I suspect some of these people want to keep it that way which is fine.

I cannot go to every journal just as I cannot say hello to everyone at the gym, it would be impossible, especially if they prefer not to 'exchange in conversation' whether in person or online.

I said all that to take this time to give a shout out to these folks in here who I have not had the opportunity to connect with, keep doing your thing and doing it well!
