The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

It’s no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Huge rows. Nice.

I may have missed it, but..any particular reason you didn't list the weight for all those sets?

You should be proud of how far you've come and the dedication you've shown to this. Coming from someone who's only recently gotten started it helps seeing where you were years ago and understanding that these things take time. Inspirational! Keep it up!

Man, I remember your first post here in journal land. Mad props for incredible dedication and the most consistent (and consistently excellent) progress I've seen.

These journals do much to put things into perspective, none of this is easy or happens overnight - it takes tremendous effort(s) and a great deal of time to manifest with obvious results.

And it never ends...no one has the perfect situation, the perfect body, the perfect relationship, etc - sometimes you have to face life's challenges in order to make these things happen more to your liking.

One reason we all connect so well is this, we have these lifting and physique goals we wish to bring to fruition, and are doing what we can to see it through.

Keep on with it all people!!

I love how your first warm up set on rows is heavier than what the average person's top set would be.
