Do you deadlift? Seems like I can't recall seeing deadlifts in here recently. I do recall some 700lb rack pulls back in the day though!

The only bad part about coming in Coke's log is sifting through the posts to check on his workouts. But, that isn't a bad thing at all.

Not complaining by any means these days except, I do in fact, remain unemployed. Somehow managing to hold it down quite well just the same, and that includes the pressing work but not maxing as much as in the past, numbers vary for the most part.

Still not deadlifting or even doing rack pulls for that matter as of late, hope to get to the ever direct pulling besides bb rows & shrugs, and remain stable with 'em before too much time passes by. With that being said, tons of props to the powerlifters on here who focus intently on the big three movements!!

You sir. Are the volume king. There's none better. I also haven't seen donkey calf raises in here in a while from what I recall. Nice.

Coke! Good to see you're still around. This many years later and you're still maintaining your monster status. I'm not surprised. You've always been one of the most consistent and hardest workers on here. Those rows are... crazy strong!

Good luck moving forward. I think I'm back for good now. I'll be keeping tabs on this journal no doubt.
