The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

It’s no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Yes, the z presses are indeed the Zydrunas presses...was tired of seeing Tom183 doing 'em - lol.
I'm not going to ask what weight you were using for them. I'm sure the answer would only make me feel weak, lol.

    Strong work as always, mate.

You gonna start posting your numbers again mate? Always found it very inspirational seeing the weights that you were putting up.
    Current 1RM's - Bench 264lbs (Target 308lbs)/Squat 396lbs (Target 352lbs)/
    Deadlift 429lbs (Target 440lbs)
    BIG 3 TOTAL at 220lbs (28% BF) = 1089lbs

The phase of me not posting actual numbers is likely to end one day, but it is in my best interest right now since I'm all over the place with the weights as well as the sets/reps and rest times. The support is indeed appreciated though in every which way!! Thanks for the numerous and friendly replies to date in here.

    Jay - Tom183 - Hayden - NickAus - Cards - Kiaran - Patz

After all these years of lifting, the majority of movements were one of my favorites at one point or another with exception of the lunges or front squats, for example.

The same may apply with deads to some extent, but at least they were substituted a great deal by doing rack deads.

At present I prefer the inclines over the flat bench and grew quite fond of rows and shrugs over the years which became obvious in this log.

There's more to come in here from all angles though, make no mistake.
