    no hating. just that im confused.
    If all your lifts are real and natural, you have the most gifted genetics on WBB. You have more than doubled all your lifts in less than 9 months using mostly high volume. What is your weight difference from the start of this journal?????
    I just dont get how you can up your weights 10 or more lbs every workout and hit the same if not more reps as the week before. It would be cool if you posted progress pics or anything else like that too. No disrespect ment-
