    Nice gains with the chest exercises and pulldowns. I am curious, do you do any exercises that emphasize your lower back, such as the ones listed at http://www.exrx.net/Lists/ExList/Wai...#anchor1945210 ?

    SHOULDER PRESS MACHINE
    100 X 6, 110 X 4

    Today's workout was done on the fly (lunch hour), and at least I got those 60's... Otherwise it was nothing to write home about.

    fridays workout looked good. Short, sweet, and to the point. The 60's are on tb db press were nice.

    nice work CoCoa-i been thinking about going to teh gym during lunchbreak but i dont really trust the showers tuttut

    I had to miss my last couple of workouts due to going away last weekend - I even had to take off work on Monday but 10 days later I still did those squats and reached the 245's ....

    Missed a couple workouts and still got right back into it? Good deal.....stick with it man keep on getting your butt in there and cranking out those wieghts that IS the crucial element!
