Thanks dudes...I had to work my you know what off to make good on them real heavy squats again, lol.

    April 18, 2004 - SUNDAY

    CHEST & BACK

    BENCH PRESS
    155 X 3, 195 X 3, 235 X 3, 275 X 3, 295 X 2, 315 X 2

    CABLE CROSSOVERS
    80 X 8, 90 X 8, 100 X 6, 110 X 6, 120 X 6

    DEADLIFTS
    275 X 3, 305 X 3, 335 X 3, 365 X 3, 385 X 2, 385 X 2

    PULLDOWNS
    170 X 6, 210 X 4, 250 X 3, 270 X 2, 280 X 2

The work here was not bad at all, though in some ways I feel different as if I'm finding a new groove.

It gets very difficult to keep making them improvements but I'm bout to make my best efforts again...I'm looking better and feeling great but I know there would be more hypertrophy if I could get more reps in...

You must use wraps and a suit on your squats, with your deadlift trailing it that much.

    What brand do you use?
Vin Diesel has a fever.. and the only prescription is more cowbell.

Titan or Metal. Inzer's kinda on the ****-list right now b/c of some issues with them suing other companies.

...I made the big mistake of skipping them deads for long stretches - that is why I'm behind on them...I only use wrist wraps for the heavy deads and shrugs but nothing for the squats, not even a belt (believe it or not)...

Thanks for continuing to acknowledge my efforts and giving the props!
