    Excellent shoulder workout CoCoa, those Shrugs and shoulder presses are huge and the bicep and frorearm workout is good too!

    What's with all the sets lately? I know you said you have a hard time doing high rep sets, are you trying to make up for it with a lot of low rep ones?

    Thats some heavy weight being moved around there CoCoa, Big O Boy is right, 120 lbs for the cable crossovers is insane! Nice back workout too.
