That's a nice looking leg day cocoa. You seem to be very dedicated to your workouts. I'm sure you're seeing some good gains in the mirror as well as the weights. Keep up the hard work.

surfers on acid is my favorite shot(all of the above minus grenadine). Do you float the grenadine in that shot, or is it on the bottom?

Hey guys, good afternoon...with the drink you top off with the pineapple juice and grenadine.

There is indeed a drink known as the surfer on acid without the grenadine (thanks Cphafner - very good man, you know about it)...

    Surfer on Acid (Shot. Alcoholic.)
Ingredients: Jägermeister, Malibu rum, Pineapple juice

Why did you do squats so close together? Do you have a busy week coming up and wanted to get them done?

Nice benching. Just wondering why you only did 3 sets of 2 squats? I don't understand the point of these. Are they heavy doubles? If so I guess I understand then, but if they aren't extremely taxing, then I don't think you are doing enough to facilitate growth, or spark an increase in strength, in my opinion. Just wondering.
