    Shoulder routine is looking good CoCoa and all of it early this morning! I still have mine to look forward to! MAN those LAT raises are looking STRONG DAMN,and the shrugs are coming along like gangbusters! Keep up the good work Man!

    I think we have the same level of shoulder strength Cocoa, except for those lat. raises. Damn, how do you get that much weight up!
