I have been moving up 20lbs each week on average for legs (squats), everything else about 10lbs. Now I am finally slowing up because those heavy weights can be challenging but that is this game...

The food consumption has been lower as well - so I thought it best to take a couple of days off... I am about to go into the next phase tomorrow...
