    I did db kick backs when I first started working out. They were the "toning" exercise. 40s are pretty impressive btw. Escalade are sweet!

    Thanks...there is room for only one plate per side on the leg press - after that will have to load plates on top.

    HS DECLINE PRESS
    320 X 5, 430 X 3

    Past couple of flat benching sessions have been requiring spotters on each side - ...this is serious stuff, lol.

    Awesome benching!!!! Man, would be nice to get to the point of requiring a spotter per side on the bench.

    seriously cocoa, you should think about training your bench hard, with speed days and various other techniques, and learn to pause an all that, and then look at entering a bench competition. For your weight your benching is awesome.

    Even I am finding my benching numbers hard to believe - Thanks!!...I have been encouraged to enter some power meets but just don't have the desire for it. By the way, there is a guy who comes to our gym every now and then who weighs 190lbs and benched 500 at the meet, damn!

    October 3, 2004 - SUNDAY

    elliptical/treadmill/stairs - 16 minute intervals
    bike/treadmill - 11 minutes for both
    stairs - 14 minutes
    elliptical/bike - 5 minutes for both

    DB ROWING
    100 X 8, 130 X 6, 160 X 4

    BB ROWS

    I am really pleased with the v-bars...just starting the bb rows, numbers are kind of low (need to get a feel for them).
